I’m Charity Johnson, the proud Founder of The Tipsy Bloom, a company born during the stillness and reflection of 2021. As a Federal Investigator with a master’s degree in Homeland Security, I’ve spent my career valuing structure, service, and dedication. But beneath it all, I’ve always nurtured an entrepreneurial spirit fueled by my love for flowers and wine.
Originally from Louisiana, I’ve been proud to call Dallas home for the past nine years. The Tipsy Bloom is a reflection of my roots, creativity, and passion for community. It allows me to share my heart and artistry, one bloom and sip at a time.
Our mission is simple: to add color, cheer, and a touch of whimsy to every event, making each moment feel uniquely special. Whether it’s a cozy gathering with friends or a grand celebration, I strive to turn the ordinary into something truly extraordinary.
