The Tipsy Bloom was born in 2021 out of a season of stillness, reflection, and a deep love for flowers rooted in childhood. Growing up watching her mother fill their home with blooms — not as décor, but as joy, comfort, and celebration — Charity carried that love with her into everything she built. When she founded The Tipsy Bloom, she wasn't just starting a business. She was honoring a legacy and creating a space where beauty and connection could coexist.

By profession, Charity is a Federal Investigator with a master's degree in Homeland Security — a career built on structure, precision, and an ability to read a room and build trust with people from all walks of life. Those same skills translate directly into The Tipsy Bloom, where attention to detail and genuine human connection are at the heart of every experience. Structure and creativity coexist in her — and that duality is one of her greatest strengths.

Since launching, The Tipsy Bloom has hosted over 60 workshops and grown a community of more than 25,000 engaged followers. What started as a passion project has grown into a movement built on connection, celebration, and the belief that every moment is worth making beautiful — one bloom and sip at a time.
